I think my child is emotionally scarred...?

Last year my daughter took the FCAT for the first time. She completed her test and gave it to her teacher. It was about half an hour to an hour before they were officially done testing. She had to go to the bathroom really bad and went to ask her teacher if she could go. The teacher denied her request and sent her back to her seat. Mind you this is a 3rd grader taking the FCAT for the first time. My daughter started crying because she just couldn't hold it anymore and asked the teacher if she could please go to the restroom. The teacher still denied and told her there was 5 minutes left and then she could go. She was embared that she was crying infront of her clmates. Anyways, after the 5 minutes was up the teacher let her go and she went to the bathroom. She is now in fourth grade and the FCAT is coming up again. She is terrified that this will happen to her again. What can i do to help my poor daughter feel more comfortable? Thankyou! (for those of you who dont know, the FCAT is a standardized test that all florida students must take through grades 3-11 and includes math, science, reading, and writing.)
