Is it true that people who chatter a lot?

No I don't think it is good logic to think that about people either way. My own experience is being with quiet guys, they are the ones that have hurt me the most, but not all guys that are quiet are cold hearted, they might just be shy. I do think that it is sometimes easier to be with someone that chatters because they will usually be open to communicating about what they are feeling.
