Protein shake?

almonds are high in protein too.it's safe to drink milk everyday but make sure that you limit it to 1 gl a day. bananas are safe to eat anytime. it really depends on your lifestyle. if you work out a lot, then you should be fine as milk has like 100 cholesterol a gl. soymilk has a very high protein content too. maybe you could use that.
