A single moment that confirmed your own spirituality?

Just looking for some stories about seeing something so magnificent/terrifying/beautiful/etc. that you knew that there was something more to this world than what meets the eyes. And for you atheists/agnostics that turned fully spiritual, how do you feel about converting? What do you think of your former life without spirituality?
