You can apply to Motability for a car but you must tell them about your DD offence. If you don't it will invalidate any insurance policy you get and will result in the car being taken off you with no chance of reapplying. It will be up to Royal and Sun Alliance to say if they will insure you, they should, but you may have a higher excess than the �75.00 which normal Mobility customers pay.
