I have a theory in Chandra Levi's murder. Do you think it's plausible?

I think that it's a possibility that Chandra Levy, the federal government intern whose unsolved murder in 2001, might have been on the payroll of the newly-exposed DC Madam who is on record as having college girls as well as professional career girls working for her. What do you think?
