Red spot on the tip of my ? need good answer.?

ive had this red spot on the tip of my for as long as i can remember. its not on my skin but on my . im 14, and ive never had so this isnt some type of ual disease. it doesnt have puss, or a lumpy feel, its just a red spot. thank for your time, and i will gladly give additional information if needed, and will also be choosing the best answer personally.
