Should you let the love of your life get away?

I truly believe I've found the perfect person, unfortunatley in a few weeks she'll be leaving. I haven't told her how I feel, & I'm not sure that I should. I was hoping that over time a serious relationship could develope, but now time has been cut short. Should we just say goodbye & wonder what could have been? Or should I tell her how I really feel?
