Do you get annoyed when coworkers have to know what you are eating for lunch?

One of my coworkers always pokes her head over the divider and says "what ya eatin'" or "something smells good". It is so intrusive. Today I just snapped and yelled "FOOD"! I surprised myself, I don't want to be rude. I don't know why I find it so irritating, does anyone else feel the same way?
