What type of cell phone?

what type of cell phone should i get? i want one to use for long distance calling(although i think that has more to do with the plan than the cell phone), but i want to be able to go to mexico, buy a chip there from Telcel, put it in and use it there and i kno some companies dont allow that cuz its a different company. so if i use it there itd be like i bought it there, and then i come back to chicago and use my regular chip..u kno so i can use it in both countries..(this is very important), and i also want it to have blue tooth and infrared and a really good camera. any suggestions?
