Good friend seems like hes always trying to be better than me why?

Im 20 years old and my somewhat good friend or at least I thought he was keeps trying to belittle me, compete with me, or make me jealous. I'm not completely surprised with his personality type because Ive met several people like him, and honestly I think he just really insecure with himself in a lot of ways. The fact that I should even care that much in itself pisses me off because I'm a very proud person I guess you would say. But a lot of little things don't help the situation either. Me and my friend are mountain bikers and it doesn't help that we compete physically as well. But he will always make s little comments like you should learn to shift those gears man and just stupid stuff i dont understand why he says, because I mean I know how to ride a bike. He likes to know it all about everything!! and try and rub it in my face when I'm like almost two years older and have more experience in the world than him. Hes a backseat driver in the car, and he brags about himself and his future plans to. He tells everyone he meets I wanna travel the world and you know adventure, which is great you know, thats terrific but that just about everyone including myself and I don't continually tell everyone all the time literally to try and impress them. Though the ways he says it like you know like hes ignorant hes like "Yeah im gonna get out of this place and go and explore and get out of here its lame as **** my life is gonna be so great." Where me and most people I know wanna do the same thing. Hes always talking how is life is gonna be so great in the future which is great fine I have nothing against that I know mine will be to, its good that your a strong willed person with big goals but hes just constantly expressing his future great life and he doesn't care about anyone elses future. So whenever me and him are around other people I tend not to compete I just let him tell his life-story as he blabs on. I almost don't really care I feel as if I'm cool enough where I don't need to shout out at people that hey Ive done this and this all in meeting them in two seconds to try and impress them. I know how life has a lot of difficult people like this me I'm just a simple person and I love the things i Like to do I often try to distance myself from this friend and just try and meet more friends which is usually a slow going process for me since Im not like very trusting of people and I think the majority of people in the 21st century are dumb es. BUT this friend I almost loathe him and he makes me sick hes always gotta be right I'm really trying to distance myself from him but its a fairly small university and he lives down the hall. The worst thing of it is that I signed a lease with him for next school year to get an apartment and I'm really starting to regret this decision. Another thing about this friend not only is he an but hes gotten with some dirty ugly women so far and is an that gets most women he can get but he acts like a an hole to do it and likes to pick on girls to the extreme telling pretty much telling them that there ":girls" and hes the big man who can do everything and you cant. But I guess alot of girls like that sort of thing, overall hes always telling me "idk what is man women are just attracted to me" and im just like pfffffFFF! shut uupppppp man. Dont get me wrong I am the party type and typically a social guy but recently as I go to a university everyone is either a party dumb *** drinking themselves up personalities, or just getting ****** up to get ******. I've kind of went with this for a while but deep down-inside Im not happy partying getting wasted I feel like the same things happen over and over again. Im sort of a non typical person, Im definitely a little crazy and a little weird. I like talking to people and hanging out with friends and have a few friends who are my you know greatest friends but a majority of other people I meet are really immature in alot of ways, or are just like everyone else. And I really just need a vacation from this place which at least summer break is coming up but. Heres the question what do you think of the whole thing? Okay so im 18 and my ex is 16. Im going to be a sophmore in college (I skipped a grade), and my ex is still in high school. We were together for about two years and it ended about a month in when i went to school because i did stuff with another girl. I never had that, but sometimes people commented that my sheltie, Charlie Pumpkin, reminded them of one of their dogs that died. No I don't think it is good logic to think that about people either way. My own experience is being with quiet guys, they are the ones that have hurt me the most, but not all guys that are quiet are cold hearted, they might just be shy. Last year my daughter took the FCAT for the first time. She completed her test and gave it to her teacher. It was about half an hour to an hour before they were officially done testing. She had to go to the bathroom really bad and went to ask her teacher if she could go. The teacher denied her request and sent her back to her seat. How do you put a portfolio together exactly?

Sure. I can help. I am a cake decorator as well as an instructor. My suggestion is to first, take photographs of all of your work with as little going on in the background as you can. I would buy a black and a white cloth from the local fabric store to use as your background when taking the photos. Just choose which color is best based on the color of the item being photographed. Second, I would print them all at size 5x7 and have it done at a photo lab so they do not fade. Next, you will need a small album. I would suggest 8"X8". You don't have to show everything you have ever done in your life. At first, you may include photos of everything that you have but as you get better, start to weed some of them out and only go with the best of the best! I wouldn't go too big with the album because you don't want someone reviewing it to feel overwhelmed or that they have been given a job to do by looking at it. It should be a "snapshot" of the work that you do. Lastly, I would not make the background too busy. I think white sheets of paper are best so that the focus is on your work and not on your scrap booking abilities. A short concise description of what they are seeing is best. Print clearly so folks can read it and by all means, let them page thru the book at their own speed and let them ask questions- don't explain every image- you will just bore them. Do you think the system is playing "God" in splitting up kids and their parents? The system is taking children away especially from parents who have had prior issues with drugs. Endometriosis? T.M.I...Advice needed.?

I have endometriosis, and they actually could not see anything on my ultra sound because it was "hidden". They did a periscope to see it. They put me on birth control with made my periods lighter and I still have a lot of cramping when i get my period. Other than that my life hasn't really changed. Every once in a while Ill get stomach cramps but that's how I know its coming back and its time to talk to my doctor about possibly switching my birth control or talk about doing something different. Do banks have a priority legal right to take "insufficient funds" or "overdraft" fees ahead of those who try to cash checks I wrote days earlier. Should they have a "resonable" amount of time to get their money before my bank deducts its fees? I do sometimes make mistakes, overdraw, or forget to deduct a reaccuring autopayment. But I have also had problems with memberships, subscriptions and other auto withdrawals which vendors mistakenly double bill or activate months after cancellation. I've even had bounced checks resubmitted to my bank after I had personally paid them off in cash. Many companies with centralized accounting can't give me my check back. Problems multiply when bank fees cause many small checks to bounce, resulting in more overdraft fees, even though I would have had money to cover them if the bank hadn't first deducted their fees. Little league question "practice time" how much is enough?

Our 8yr old is in his 2nd yr of L.L. He has 1 practice a week with his team and 1 game a week. He's not the best player nor the worst and really likes it. My question is should me or my husband encourage him to practace with us too? Take him to the batting cages once a week? Or what practace he does with his team enough? Wash your face and rinse with warm water. With the face still wet mage some honey in to your face and leave for a half hour. Your skin will feel fantastic after it and it is a great moisturiser. Why Does Pieces Of Lambs Tail Keep Breaking Off?

We have a 3 - 4 week old lamb , male, who has arthritis in his joints. We have been giving him penicillin shots daily for it. He is being Bottle fed with Save- A - Lamb formula. Pieces of his tail keep falling off, is this normal? We have never had sheep before and I cant find anything about in on the web. I have tattoos in the same spots as urs and then some including my side/ribs. the ribs was the worst pain ive felt aside from bad 2nd and 3rd degree burns, and child birth. I couldn't hardly take it. I usually am great at sitting quietly for all of my tats, but this one, ouch!!!! my lower back goes from side to side and was nothing compared to my ribs. as a matter of fact I still need to have my ribs done some more, I ve already had 2 sessions, but the second one was short like 30mins. I yelled at the guy, I kept getting up off the table, it was bad. Im thin though, 98lbs, 5ft tall. so that may have mad mine hurt more. I've been feeling really insecure about my weight recently?

So I'm an 18 male senior in high school and for the last 4 years I have been perfectly fine with my weight. I've weighed a normal almost underweight BMI for my 6 foot two inches of height, and never really worried about what I ate.
